Hello everyone! This is Rio, working on FFTCG at Hobby Japan.
I'm in charge of this week's "Card of the Week," where we introduce cards from the booster pack Memory of Life (scheduled for release on November 13) every week. Thank you for reading! This week, I'd like to introduce [30-103L] Ultima Weapon from MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY!
The illustration is incredibly striking, with a powerful and intimidating presence! Should this card appear on your opponent's side of the field, just looking at the artwork will make you rethink your next decision! Ultima’s Job classification is "Weapon," which gets us excited about the possibility of building a Weapon deck!

Ability Explanation
Let’s break down the card’s abilities.
First is the Auto Ability. Triggered at the start of the Attack Phase, this extremely powerful ability deals 10,000 damage to 1 Forward controlled by your opponent. Furthermore, immediately after that, you can remove the top 3 cards of your opponent's deck from the game.
Second is the Special Ability. You can activate the Special Ability by discarding 1 card with the same name and paying 4 CP. This effect deals 9,000 damage to all Forwards other than Job Weapon. It's great because you can wipe out your opponent's powerful cards all at once. It can relentlessly deal damage even to Forwards that cannot be chosen by effects, making it an ability that can perform well in a wide variety of situations.
Cards with Great Synergy
Since it's a Job Weapon Forward, it has outstanding synergy with [29-104L] Diamond Weapon from the previous set! Overwhelm your opponents with a dedicated Weapon deck packed with Job Weapon cards like [19-091R] Sapphire Weapon and [19-039R] Emerald Weapon!
Another potential play style may be to leverage the standalone strength of the card as a single-target removal slot in decks with weaker removal options, such as Mono Wind, and combining it with [16-048H] Zidane to aim for an opponent deck-out.
That's all for this week! Next week, Producer Kageyama will introduce a certain character known for her striking short hair.
Look forward to next week's "Card of the Week"!
