2026 Competitive Season Events for North America will be structured by the following competitions.
- Materia Cup
- Local Qualifier
- Last Chance Qualifier
- North American Championship

North American Materia Cup 2026
Materia Cup events will run from Mid-May throughout August.
There are eight (8) Materia Cups to be hosted by selected stores, consisting of a two-day Standard Constructed format.
The top 1 player (champion) of each Materia Cup will qualify for Grade 2 invite to the World Championship 2026.
The top 4 players of each Materia Cup will qualify for the North American Championship 2026.
Any event qualifications at Materia Cups will pass down to the next highest ranked players.

North American Local Qualifiers 2026
Local Qualifiers events are scheduled to run from late May throughout August.
The Local Qualifiers events will consist of a one-day Standard Constructed format.
The top 1 player of a Local Qualifiers tournament will qualify for North American Championship 2026.
Any event qualifications at Local Qualifiers will be passed down to the next highest ranked players.
*The process of recruitment for the Local Qualifier 2026 is in progress. We will be making announcement once the stores are selected.

North American Last Chance Qualifier 2026
September 25 at Hilton Los Angeles Airport, Los Angeles, CA.
This will be a one-day event utilizing Bo1 Swiss Rounds.
Top Eight (8) players of Last Chance Qualifier will qualify for the North American Championship 2026.
More details of the event will be announced at later date.

North American Championship 2026
September 26 & 27 at Hilton Los Angeles Airport, Los Angeles, CA.
Qualification for this competition will be awarded to the following players:
- From Materia Cups: Top four (4) players of each Materia Cups
- From Local Qualifiers: Top one (1) player of each Local Qualifiers
- From Last Chance Qualifiers: Top Eight (8) players
- Top performance players from previous 2025 season:
- The 2025 North American Champion – KP
- Top 3 North American players from 2025 World Championship – Alexandre E / Ryan C / Markus R
This will be a two-day event.
- Day 1: Bo1 Swiss Rounds – Top 16 cut
- Day 2: Bo3 Double Elimination
The top 4 players of North American Championship will qualify for Grade 1 invite to the World Championship 2026.

World Championship 2026
World Championship will be held in Japan, December 2026.
